• After finding your tenant, we take care of them and you, throughout the tenancy. That includes everything from collecting rent, processing the Rental Bond, prepare and administer the Tenancy Agreements, paying outgoings and providing assistance with repairs and more complex property issues.
  
• Rents are deducted via direct debit from the tenants bank account
  
• We fulfill our obligations to you and continually inspect the premises during the tenancy
• We issue you with monthly and end of year financial statements
